What is your return policy?
When you shop at creme-atelier.com you always have free returns within 14 days. If you want to make a return, contact us at claims@creme-atelier.com to get your return label.


According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

Crème AB reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redeliver the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at: claims@creme-atelier.com.

Delivery

Each lamp is carefully manufactured, assembled and packed in our Stockholm studio.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Europe: 2-5 business days

Switzerland, United Kingdom, North America: 5-7 business days

Rest of the world: 5-10 business days

Please note that only our Portable lamps are available outside of Europe. 

Soft serve lamp Mega:

10-15 business days within Europe

Other Questions

Yes you can! Most of the Philips Hue lamps with E27 base work.

Follow these steps to change the bulb:
1. Disassemble the hat: Grab the lamp foot and twist the lamp to the left.

2. Install the bulb: Unscrew the bulb and install the new one

3. Assemble the hat: Place the hat in between the grooves on top of the hat and carefully twist the hat clockwise.

Soft Serve lamps should only be used with dimmable LED light sources with E27 base.

When you buy a Soft Serve lamp Regular or Grande, a dimmable LED lamp made of glass (7w 2200k 720lm warm white light) is included. LED Lamp is not included with Soft Serve Pendants.
