What is your return policy?
When you shop at Creme-Atelier.com you always have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product. If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at hello@creme-atelier.com to get your return label. The customer is responsible for the return fee. 

According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

Crème AB reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at: hello@creme-atelier.com. Please note that Crème AB is not responsible for the return shipping costs.


Each lamp is carefully manufactured, assembled and packed in our office in Stockholm. We do our best to handle your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is estimated for each product.

Yes you can! Most of the Philips Hue lamps with E27 base work.

Follow these steps to change the bulb:
1. Disassemble the hat: Grab the lamp foot and twist the lamp to the left.

2. Install the bulb: Unscrew the bulb and install the new one

3. Assemble the hat: Place the hat in between the grooves on top of the hat and carefully twist the hat clockwise.

Soft serve lamp should only be used with dimmable LED light sources with E27 base.

When you buy a Soft serve lamp Regular or Grande, a dimmable LED lamp made of glass (7w 2200k 720lm warm white light) is included. LED Lamp is not included with Soft Serve Pendants.
